Looking for Sales Coordinator – Transformers to be based in Dubai, UAE
• Provide complete support to sales representatives and respond to customers and prospect queries.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
• Smooth execution of orders / monitoring / providing required reports
• Registering enquiries, following up with respective agencies, provide offer on time.
• Price studies at offer stage / order stage
• Tenders Offers
• Submittals
• Smooth & timely order execution
• Close monitories of all processes for timely output (starting from Enquiry stage till execution)
• Providing necessary reports to Division Head (Pending enquiries, pending orders, Order analysis, Offer analysis, Prices analysis from various factories etc)
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Provide required data to help the sales team.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators.
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
• Keep record of sales trends
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
• Implementing best practices for productive output and by using systems/tools effectively
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain sustainable working relationships both internally and externally.
• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
