Hiring Sales Manager and Asst. Sales Manager (Russian Speaking) - JBR Market

Blue Beach Tower is a premier 5-star hotel apartment located in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai. We offer luxurious accommodations, world-class amenities, and unparalleled service to our guests. We are currently looking for two dynamic and experienced Leisure Market Specialists to join our team, specializing in the JBR market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain leisure travelers mainly from Russian-speaking markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other key partners in the JBR market.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted promotional campaigns.
• Represent Blue Beach Tower at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on market trends, performance metrics, and sales activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in the JBR market.
• Strong knowledge of the leisure travel market and key industry players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Driving License with own car.
