By accessing, registering with, posting advertisements on, or otherwise using ClassifiedsGulf.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

1. About Classifieds Gulf

Classifieds Gulf operates ClassifiedsGulf.com as an online classifieds marketplace connecting individuals, buyers, sellers, businesses, employers, service providers, property advertisers, and other users across the United Arab Emirates, Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and the wider Middle East.

The platform allows users to publish advertisements, search and browse listings, communicate with other users, and discover products, services, vehicles, property, jobs, electronics, household items, business opportunities, and other classified content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Classifieds Gulf does not own, manufacture, inspect, buy, sell, deliver, or guarantee products or services advertised by users.

Transactions normally take place directly between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the services and enter into any transactions or agreements that result from your use of the platform.

By using ClassifiedsGulf.com, you confirm that:

Our intention is to maintain free core classifieds services for an extended period while the ClassifiedsGulf.com marketplace grows.

However, Classifieds Gulf reserves the right to introduce optional paid services in the future, including featured advertisements, promoted listings, premium placement, subscriptions, business packages, or other value-added services.

Any applicable price will be clearly displayed before a user purchases a paid service.

5. Advertisements and User Content

Users are responsible for advertisements and other content they submit to ClassifiedsGulf.com.

When posting an advertisement, you must ensure that:

• the information is truthful and accurate;

• the advertisement is not misleading;

• the title and description properly represent what is offered;

• prices and material conditions are stated honestly;

• photographs and media belong to you or you have permission to use them;

• the advertisement is posted in an appropriate category;

• location information is reasonably accurate;

6. Prohibited Listings and Activities

We may review, edit, reject, hide, suspend, restrict, or remove an advertisement if we reasonably believe that it:

• appears fraudulent or misleading;

• contains spam;

• duplicates other advertisements;

• is posted in an inappropriate category;

• contains prohibited material;

• presents a security risk;

• receives credible complaints; or

Accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations may be suspended or permanently banned.

The fact that an advertisement appears on ClassifiedsGulf.com does not mean that Classifieds Gulf has independently verified or endorsed it.

8. Transactions Between Users

ClassifiedsGulf.com primarily provides a marketplace through which users can discover and communicate with each other.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Classifieds Gulf is not a party to transactions or agreements between buyers and sellers.

Users are responsible for independently:

Users should independently verify relevant information before making payments or entering into agreements.

10. Fraud and User Safety

Users should remain alert when communicating or trading online.

Be particularly cautious of:

• requests for advance payments;

• demands for bank passwords or one-time verification codes;

• unusually low prices;

• pressure to complete transactions immediately;

• requests to send money before inspecting an item;

• fake payment confirmations;

• requests to transfer cryptocurrency;

• employment offers requiring upfront payments;

• requests to pay visa or recruitment fees to unknown parties;

• suspicious external links; and

• users falsely claiming to represent Classifieds Gulf.

ClassifiedsGulf.com may provide reporting tools through which suspicious advertisements or users can be reported.

11. Jobs and Recruitment Advertisements

Employers, recruitment companies, and other job advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their vacancies are genuine, accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable employment and recruitment requirements.

Job advertisements must not be used to:

• promote fake vacancies;

• unlawfully collect fees from job seekers;

• obtain documents for fraudulent purposes;

• impersonate legitimate employers;

• conduct unauthorized recruitment activities; or

• discriminate in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

Classifieds Gulf does not guarantee employment and does not automatically verify every employer, recruiter, or vacancy unless expressly stated.

12. Property Advertisements

Users advertising property are responsible for ensuring that they are legally entitled or appropriately authorized to advertise the property.

Where licenses, permits, broker registrations, advertising permits, or owner authorizations are required, the advertiser is responsible for obtaining them.

Classifieds Gulf does not independently guarantee ownership, title, measurements, availability, rental terms, prices, regulatory approvals, or broker credentials.

13. Intellectual Property

The Classifieds Gulf and ClassifiedsGulf.com names, logos, visual identity, graphics, original content, website design, software, and other proprietary platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, scrape, copy, modify, or misuse protected Classifieds Gulf materials without authorization.

Users retain ownership of original content that they submit.

By submitting advertisements, photographs, descriptions, and other content to ClassifiedsGulf.com, you grant Classifieds Gulf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, and otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the platform.
