By purchasing or using any paid service that may be offered through ClassifiedsGulf.com, you agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms and Conditions.
ClassifiedsGulf.com currently provides its core classifieds services free of charge.
Users may be able to:
create an account;
browse classified advertisements;
post eligible advertisements;
communicate with other users; and
use standard marketplace features
without paying standard listing fees, subject to applicable limits, categories, moderation rules, and platform policies.
Because no payment is collected for these free services, there is no amount to refund for their use.
Classifieds Gulf may introduce optional paid services in the future, including:
featured advertisements;
promoted or highlighted listings;
premium advertisement placement;
business packages;
subscriptions;
additional advertisement allowances;
promotional services; or
other premium features.
Any applicable charges and important conditions will be displayed before payment is completed.
Purchasing an optional paid service does not guarantee that an advertised item will sell, receive enquiries, generate employment applications, attract buyers, or achieve any particular commercial result.
Where a paid service is offered, a refund may be considered when:
payment was successfully charged but the purchased service was not activated;
the same transaction was charged more than once because of a technical error;
a technical failure attributable to Classifieds Gulf prevented delivery of the paid service;
the wrong amount was charged because of a platform error;
Classifieds Gulf cancels a paid service before providing it; or
a refund is required under applicable UAE law.

Subject to applicable consumer rights, refunds will normally not be provided merely because:
an advertisement did not receive enough views;
an item did not sell;
a buyer or seller changed their mind;
an employer did not receive suitable applications;
a job seeker was not hired;
a property did not sell or rent;
another user stopped responding;
a user entered incorrect information;
a user purchased the wrong optional feature;
a listing was removed because it violated our Terms, policies, or applicable law;
an account was suspended because of misuse, fraud, spam, or prohibited activity; or
the user simply no longer wishes to use a service that has already been delivered.
Optional promotional services generally relate to exposure or placement on the platform and do not guarantee a particular transaction or outcome.
ClassifiedsGulf.com primarily acts as an online classifieds marketplace connecting users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Classifieds Gulf is not the seller, buyer, payment recipient, delivery provider, or party to transactions conducted between users.
Therefore, Classifieds Gulf generally cannot issue refunds for:
products purchased from another user;
vehicles purchased from sellers;
property deposits or rental payments;
payments made to service providers;
recruitment-related transactions;
goods that are defective or different from their description;
delivery disputes; or
money transferred directly between users.
Any refund relating to a transaction between a buyer and seller must normally be resolved directly between those parties, subject to applicable law.
Users should carefully verify products, sellers, services, and payment arrangements before transferring money.
If you believe you have been defrauded by another user, you should:
stop further payments;
preserve messages, receipts, advertisements, and transaction records;

contact the appropriate bank, payment provider, police, consumer-protection authority, or other competent authority where necessary.
A report to Classifieds Gulf does not guarantee recovery of money transferred directly to another user.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a payment made directly to Classifieds Gulf, contact:

transaction or payment reference;
date of payment;
service purchased;
amount paid; and
a brief explanation of the problem.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction and investigate the request.
Refund requests will be reviewed individually.

payment records;
account activity;
activation of the purchased service;
technical logs;
listing status;
previous refund history; and

Approval or rejection of a refund will depend on the circumstances, these policies, and applicable law.

If Classifieds Gulf provides promotional credits, complimentary upgrades, vouchers, bonuses, or free premium features, those benefits generally:
have no cash value;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot normally be refunded; and
may be subject to expiration dates or promotional conditions.
If subscription plans are introduced in the future, applicable billing periods, renewal conditions, cancellation options, and refund terms will be displayed when subscribing.
Cancellation of a subscription may stop future renewals but does not necessarily create a right to refund a period that has already begun or been used, except where required by applicable law.
