Dubai-based F&B Company is looking for a dynamic Person In Charge to overlook our Cafe and Bakery operations in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the F&B Manager in Dubai.
• Sole in charge of the operations
• Recruitment of staff
• Sales and Marketing promoting the brand
• Maintain the revenue, profitability, and goals of the business.
• Develop and maintain the highest standard for operations in terms of customer service and brand quality.
Requirements and skills:
• Relevant experience required
• Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills are required
• Cost control and budgeting
• JOB LOCATION: Silicon Central Mall, Dubai Silicon Oasis
• Salary: 4,000 AED + other fringe benefits
