Hiring Inpatient Medical Coder
Experience: minimum of 2 years' experience in Inpatient Coding in a hospital setting, based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately code and abstract inpatient medical records, ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with Physicians & other medical staff to clarify diagnoses and procedures for accurate code assignment.
- Review patient records to verify completeness and accuracy of clinical documentation.
- Stay updated on coding changes and industry best practices to maintain high-quality coding standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity throughout the coding process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' inpatient coding experience in a hospital environment based in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge with DRG coding methodologies and using CC and MCC conditions effectively.
- Certification required CPC or CCS.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and disease processes.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
