The Firmadle Hotels is looking to recruit receptionists to join the Front Desk team. The role requires you to welcome all guests and visitors to the hotel, handle all arrivals, roomings and departures, and have a pleasant, welcoming manner as you are the first point of contact for all guests. You will need to have strong personal skills,and a love of working in a customer focused environment. Knowledge of Protel would be an advantage, but not essential. Fluent English are required.
