Hiring Warehouse In Charge
Key Responsibilities: -
• Plan & direct the inventory and stock control programs for Materials / Finished Goods
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
• Prepare and supervise the daily activity of the labors.
• Prepare and submit Daily and Monthly report to Operations manager about the Warehouse activities.
Qualifications & Experience: -
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
• Minimum 05 to 10 years of experienced required
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills specially preference to Arabic language.
