Main Tasks:
• Manage the hiring process from the initial contact to offer letter acceptance.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
• Manage and ensure the distribution of F & B and any other welfare requirements for contracted staff.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager to identify and implement best practices for the betterment and welfare of staff.
• Respond to any queries, questions, concerns, or issues faced by contracted staff and assist them in any way possible. Build good relations with contractors and assess their performance for growth prospects in the future.
Essential & Desired Skills:
• Experience in handling staff in both small and large teams.
• Proficiency in using Excel, Outlook, and similar Microsoft computer programs.
• Experience with Access databases or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Some knowledge or experience in dealing with wages, staffing hours, and payroll.
• Ability to communicate with all people in a clear and concise manner, taking into account cultural differences.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to ensure effective information relay.
