Hiring Executive Secretary
For interested and qualified candidates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree graduate is preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience on the same field.
• Excellent time management and organizational and telephone skills.
• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Assistance in producing reports, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain contracts and correspondence files; assist in making reports.
• Prepares correspondence to clients and other business transactions with other suppliers.
• Detail and process-oriented.
• Location: Dubai
