Position: Administrative Assistant (Leasing Department)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze leasing contracts with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in managing leasing agreements, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining records.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation related to lease agreements and renewals.
• Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
• Only Dubai residents
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication.
• Proven experience in reviewing contracts or working in a leasing or legal environment would be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
