New Role: Finance Business Partner
Our client, a leading real estate developer specializes in the construction of multifunctional complexes, residential and commercial real estate, is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their Dubai office.
As a Finance BP, the candidate will be responsible for financial modelling, management of treasury operations, preparation of reports for the management and maintaining relationships with banks. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and financial acumen will contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash Flow Management
• Treasury
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
• Languages: English – advanced, Russian – professional (will be an advantage).
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
