Debt Collection Officer required
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are actively seeking (2) Debt Collection Officers with excellent experience in the UAE who can join our team immediately. The candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Thorough understanding of credit control and collections policies, practices, and procedures.
• Comfortable interacting with individuals at a senior level.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in analysis and presentation.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Persistent problem-solving ability with a focus on recommending solutions and achieving outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and business writing skills.
Requirements:
• Experienced candidates with excellent banking collection in the UAE will be given priority.
• Freshers in the UAE with collection experience from their home country are also welcome to apply.
