Information Technology Jobs - Product Owner

Nair Systems is currently looking for Product Owner for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:
Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in a digital banking environment
Exceptional problem skills and data-driven product decision-making; may go beyond application of existing know-how
Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them
Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Experience in launching a product and managing a live product
Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
Thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
Previous experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of total experience including 5+ years of experience in product development and marketing
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
ROLE PURPOSE:
Product Owner will be involved in partnering with the Digital leadership team to develop effective product strategies, visions and execution plans. His/her mission will be to shape and deliver digital solutions that transform customer experiences. For the digital solutions within the portfolio, this individual will define measurable objectives to gain market share, maximize profitability and/or increase customer satisfaction through customer-centred digital experiences.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
The selected candidates shall join Nair Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.
