Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the assistant to CEO with managing the Group CEO’s schedule and appointments.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reports, if necessary.
• Maintain confidential files and documents.
• Support the execution of special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an executive support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Presentable and charming.
Experience:
• 2 year work experience in UAE in similar role in similar industry.
• Should have experience in an executive support role.
• Proficiency in French language.
